Prices on this website are shown as a guide and start from the amounts stated. The currency shown depends on your location.

Estimates produced by the configurator are for guidance only. They are not a quote or an offer that you can accept. Your final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed in writing after a consultation.

3. Our services

A project only begins once we have both agreed a written proposal or agreement. That document sets out the scope of work, price, payment terms, timeline and the monthly care plan, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

Nothing on this website creates a contract between you and us for design, development or care plan services.

4. Free consultations

Consultations booked through this website are free and carry no obligation to buy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please email us. We may occasionally need to reschedule, in which case we will contact you as early as we can.

If you share details from the configurator when booking, we use them only to prepare for the consultation.

5. Concept projects

Projects marked as "Concept" on this website are design concepts created by forklab.studio to demonstrate our approach. They are not websites of real clients, and any restaurant names, menus and details shown in them are illustrative.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, concept projects and code, belongs to forklab.studio or is used with permission. You may view it and print or share pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as our concept projects, social media profiles and the forklab.studio client login. Third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
